Lead Drupal Engineer

 


This new part-time role offers an exciting opportunity to join the Australian Breastfeeding Association (ABA) as we capitalise upon our investment in a new Drupal 10 website and integrated mobile application. 
 

Key responsibilities

As the Lead Drupal Engineer at the Australian Breastfeeding Association, you will play a pivotal role in the ongoing maintenance and enhancement of our existing website and app. This role is 0.6 full time equivalent or 22.5 hours a week. Your responsibilities will encompass full-stack development work, including implementing exciting new upgrades and features that enrich the user experience, deploying in web, iOS, and Android.

What you will bring

  • Demonstrated experience in delivering robust Drupal applications, with proficiency in development principles, development, and architecture

  • Hands-on experience in project management

  • Proficiency in app design

  • Great communicator, with excellent time-management and problem-solving skills 

  • Creativity, initiative, and excitement about the opportunity to support more of Australia’s parents on their breastfeeding and parenting journeys 

What you can expect from ABA

At ABA, you will be part of a highly committed, supportive team who are passionate about enabling mums, parents and families to give their babies the best start in life. 

This role has been classified as SCHADS Level 5 but will be paid above award at $120,000 per year pro-rata. As an employee of a registered charity, you are able to salary package up to $18,550 each Fringe Benefit Tax (FBT) year.
