Being a mother is a challenging role in our lives. At times, everyday situations can seem more stressful, as mums not only need to think of their own needs, but their child/ren as well.

We'll talk about the role that breastfeeding has aside from the nutrition it provides babies.

We’ll share our experiences of how breastfeeding provides comfort and connection for mums and babies.
