This year's World Breastfeeding Week theme 'Enabling breastfeeding - making a difference for working parents', highlights the importance of breastfeeding-friendly environments for parents who are navigating their transition back to work. This theme also considers the role of paid leave and other workplace supports in ensuring women have the support they need to continue breastfeeding once they return to work.

As always, we are not locked into our topic, and can freely chat about any breastfeeding challenges or triumphs you might be experiencing.

As usual, there will be Breastfeeding Counsellors present if you have any breastfeeding questions you'd like to discuss and, of course, it's a good opportunity to catch up with other parents in a breastfeeding-supportive environment.

Children and babies are always welcome at our meetings. There is an indoor play space for children.

Also, don't worry if you are running late. We know how hard it can be to get out of the house with a baby and you are welcome to join us at any time during the meeting.

Covid safety measures will be in place, with a QR check-in.
