Hayley from Physio Alive will be joining us today to discuss all things relating to women's health. We are so excited to have Hayley as our guest speaker. This is a great opportunity to come along with any queries or questions you may have in relation to pregnancy, post natal care, breast health and pelvic floor concerns.

We will be at the Aldinga Beach Children's Centre from 9:30 - 11:30am. Those that haven't been there before, the address is Evans Street, Aldinga Beach. Please check in with the lovely staff at the front desk and they will point you to the correct room.

This is a great opportunity to also talk to a breastfeeding counsellor about any questions or queries you may have with your breastfeeding journey. Or, you may just enjoy the opportunity to connect with other local mums.

We know that babies and children like to run their own race, so please don't worry if you can't make it on time. Just rock up when you can! Babies and children of all ages are welcome to attend.
