Join us and guest speaker Liz White, to chat all things women's physio. Liz holds a postgraduate master’s qualification in Continence and Pelvic Health Physiotherapy and she has an interest in everything women’s health! From endometriosis, incontinence and prolapse, pregnancy and postpartum recovery and everything in between. 

Family, friends and older children are welcome to join us. We have a fenced-in outdoor play space and indoor toys to keep toddlers entertained. Find us in the Boobook Room at the Mary Davis Library and Community Centre.

Tea and coffee are provided, along with a safe space to discuss any issues you may be experiencing in your breastfeeding journey with a counsellor. A share plate for morning tea is appreciated, but not required.
