Right from the start a lot of mothers have an idea about how long they will breastfeed. This predicted time is often influenced by their own ideas and maybe social and family pressures. While some mothers stick to their original plan, many go on to breastfeed for longer than planned. But eventually all babies wean. During the meeting, we'll look at why we might wean, how to go about weaning and the emotions we might feel as and after our baby weans.
