Event Description:
If your family has you up early, why not join us for a relaxing Walk and Talk session? This event is open to everyone, whether you’re pregnant, breastfeeding, providing breastmilk, no longer breastfeeding, or simply a supporter.
We’ll meet at the Coffee Van at Ridley Place and enjoy a gentle walk along the accessible estuary pathway. This pram-friendly route is perfect for all abilities, allowing us to walk or wheel at a comfortable pace. We’ll head north for approximately 20 minutes before turning back to our starting point.
What to Bring:
- Your own water bottles
- Comfortable walking shoes
- SunSmart clothing
After the walk, feel free to grab a coffee or a snack from the Coffee Van and take advantage of the nearby playground for toddlers and older children.
A volunteer breastfeeding trainee will accompany you during the walk and guide you to our available resources as needed.
