Stuck with giving your baby too many top-up bottles? Many mums find it hard to get back to full breastfeeding once they start formula top-ups. Join us as we talk about how the supply and demand principle and simple tips to manage the top-ups as you increase your milk supply.

Connect & Share sessions involve getting together to participate in a facilitated group chat on a particular topic. After a general welcome and introduction we will have around 15-20 minutes of formal discussion on the chosen topic, followed by informal social time and individual support with a breastfeeding counsellor.  For attendees wanting to find out more on the topic, the facilitator will direct them to supporting ABA resources.

Participants are encouraged to share experiences, ask questions, and provide input.

This is a very relaxed meet up – it’s fine if you come late/leave early – we know what it’s like to be operating on baby time! Partners, expectant parents, friends, and children are welcome.
