Our Term 4 topics are all aimed to help get you through the busy season at the end of the year. Our festive season in Australia is often hot and busy, filled with parties, pools, holidays, and more! When we have little ones, there's usually a little extra planning involved. Join us today as we share some information and ideas on how to manage breastfeeding while travelling, visiting people, drinking alcohol and celebrating through the coming months.
Our catch-ups are informal and people arrive when they can – there's no such thing as late to ABA and you can leave whenever you wish!
The group discussion is confidential and usually starts around 10.20am, lasting for 45 mins to an hour.
Bring something to share for morning tea if you are having a good morning - no expectation. Hot drinks available (including coffee pod machine!)
Unwashed hair welcome!
Children of all ages welcome- safe indoor & outdoor play areas. Check out the new playground! Partners, friends, grandparents welcome.
Members are welcome to borrow books and sling/carriers from our libraries.
Volunteer counsellors are available at meetings to provide free and confidential one-on-one breastfeeding information and counselling. You can grab a quiet corner with a counsellor for private counselling if you wish.
