Our meeting on Wednesday is all about introducing solids, and how to start family foods. What are the pros and cons of baby led weaning? What is it? Do babies need purees? When should babies start solids?

All children are welcome. A plate of morning tea to share is appreciated.

Breastfeeding counsellors will be present if you have any specific questions. 

Some other things to note when attending ABA meetings, please:

✓ Wash your hands thoroughly with soap, or use disinfectant if soap is unavailable before arriving
✓Keep at least 1.5 – 2 metres away from others
✓Please wash any toys before and after if bringing for everyone to play with
✓ As per usual, avoid coming to any ABA activity if you or your child are sick

ABA will continue to offer our mothers and their families support through online activities, so if you are not confident to attend meetings in person, that’s fine. You will have choices and can find ABA events on our website.
