Starting solids is an exciting time for families but with so much information out there, it can be overwhelming. It can really help to be prepared. Join us as we talk about signs that your baby is ready for family foods, where to start and how to cope with the mess! 

Of course it is also a great opportunity to come and meet other Mums and catch up, so you are welcome to join us regarless of the age of your baby.  There will be time to ask other questions and just enjoy each others company.

We will meet at Brewlands Cafe - at the Newlands Community Centre at 10.30am.

There is a nice garden area if the weather is OK and an inside play area if not.
