It doesn't take long before your baby is ready to explore family foods! This topic, we'll talk about the reasons why babies start solids, what signs to look for that your little one is ready, the different approaches people may take to starting solids and how this all works with breastfeeding and milk intake.

Family, friends and older children are welcome to join us. We have a fenced-in outdoor play space and indoor toys to keep toddlers entertained. Find us in the Boobook Room at the Mary Davis Library and Community Centre.

Tea and coffee are provided, along with a safe space to discuss any issues you may be experiencing in your breastfeeding journey with a counsellor. A share plate for morning tea is appreciated, but not required.
