Wherever you're up to in your parenting journey, you're welcome to join our discussion on returning to work and all the changes involved when you're leaving your baby with a carer. We'd also love you to come along and share tips if you've already returned to work casually, part time or full time!

Bring your ID and sign in at the Ex-Services' Club desk, and the friendly staff will direct you upstairs to our meeting.

You're also welcome to have a chat with our breastfeeding educators about any concerns or challenges.

Come along to ask questions or just to be encouraged as you care for your little ones  You don't have to be breastfeeding to come along- ABA is here to support all parents
