Returning to work or study or being away from your baby for a special event or other reason can be an emotional time for parents! Many mothers are interested to know they can successfully return to work/study or be away from their baby and continue breastfeeding.

Like most things, a little planning goes a long way. At November's catch up we are going to share and learn together as we discuss options for breastfeeding and working or being away from your baby. We will touch on how to engage your support network and practical tips for adjusting to this new phase of life with your baby or toddler.

Bring a plate to share, and your mum friends while we chat about 'Being away from your baby' in a warm and friendly environment. ☕

Bandicoot Room @ HIRL @ 10.30am - we can’t wait to see you there!

ABA warmly welcomes expectant parents, mothers, fathers, support people and health professionals to all ABA events. You might be at any stage of parenthood, and don't need to be currently breastfeeding.

Come as you are, even if that is in your pyjamas!

A Breastfeeding Counsellor or Educator will be available to offer breastfeeding support.

Each person is responsible for their own child/ren's safety, and we kindly ask that you do not attend if you or your child/ren are unwell.
