When we think of the festive season as parents, we think of holidays, family get-togethers, travelling, hot weather, parties, the beach. And when we have a baby, there’s a bit of extra planning involved with all these. Today we going to share some information and ideas about managing breastfeeding - in hot weather, when travelling, when visiting people, when celebrating, what to do about alcohol and coping with unwanted advice.

ABA meet ups are welcoming and informal. All mothers are welcome at our meets, whether you are currently breastfeeding, have weaned already, or have not breastfed your baby for whatever reason.

Anyone is welcome to attend our catch ups. You do not have to be breastfeeding to attend.

A trained Breastfeeding Counsellor may be available at our meet up to speak with you about any particular breastfeeding issues or concerns you have.
