Mazz, Massage Therapist, will take you through the benefits of massaging your baby - including a hands-on demonstration. All attendees will receive a complimentary bottle of massage oil.

There will also be an opportunity to ask breastfeeding and parenting questions at the end of the session.

ABA is a welcoming space where all parents, partners, toddlers and older children are welcome.

Enjoy a coffee on us and bring a snack for yourself. There is free 2hr parking in the side streets and the venue is suitable for babies and toddlers. We meet in the Playgroup Room, where there is a bathroom, change table and kitchen for our use. 

Come when you can and leave when you need to - we know life with little ones doesn't always go to plan!
