We welcome you along to our monthly gatherings at Spring Farm Community Centre.
Whether you are breastfeeding, mixed feeding or found alternatives worked better for you we open our doors to share support in our parenting journeys. All parents, support people, toddlers and of course your little ones are welcome.
Are you confused by this whole breastfeeding gig? Are you wondering... how do I know if my baby is getting enough milk? How do I make more breastmilk? Are they really hungry again?! And all the other really common questions new parents are googling in the middle of the night!
Perhaps some well-intentioned relatives or friends have been offering you lots of opinions and you are starting to feel uncertain about how things are going.
Whether you're expecting and just want a little more info before your baby arrives or a new parent learning as you go we'd love you to join us online this month for a catch up & to get a handle on some of those breastfeeding basics.
We will have a Breastfeeding Counsellor on hand to answer any of your breastfeeding questions.
The Community Centre is right across the road from Spring Farm shops and next door to McDonalds - if you prefer fancy coffee we suggest you stop at either of these pit-stops first! There is parking on-site and plenty of extra parking (should the car park be full) at the shops. The community centre provides wheelchair accessible entry, restrooms and baby change facilities.
