Today we will be talking about milk supply. Have you wondered if your baby is getting enough milk? Or whether they are drinking too much? Are you mixed feeding and want support around that? We will cover all things about supply and what to look for to know your baby is getting the right amount. 

Please come and join us at the Aldinga Beach Children's Centre.  Those that haven't been there before, the address is Evans Street, Aldinga Beach. Please check in with the lovely staff at the front desk and they will point you to the correct room.

This is a great opportunity to talk to a breastfeeding counsellor about any questions or queries you may have with your breastfeeding journey. Or, you may just enjoy the opportunity to connect with other local mums.

We know that babies and children like to run their own race, so please don't worry if you can't make it on time. Just rock up when you can! Babies and children of all ages are welcome to attend.
