Is it almost time to introduce solids? Or maybe you've already been though this stage and you'd like to share your experience? We will discuss all things about introducing solids. When, how much, what to look for, the do's and the don'ts, plus plenty more. 

Please come and join us at the Aldinga Beach Children's Centre. Those that haven't been there before, the address is Evans Street, Aldinga Beach. Please check in with the lovely staff at the front desk and they will point you to the correct room.

This is a great opportunity to talk to a breastfeeding counsellor about any questions or queries you may have with your breastfeeding journey. Or, you may just enjoy the opportunity to connect with other local mums. 

We know that babies and children like to run their own race, so please don't worry if you cant make it on time. Just rock up when you can! Babies and children of all ages are welcome to attend.
