As fellow mums, we understand the joys and challenges of parenting. Our aim is to provide a supportive space where mums can connect, share experiences, and gain valuable insights at these sessions. Whether you're a new mum seeking guidance or a seasoned mum eager to share your wisdom, this playgroup is designed for you.

• Creating a positive mealtime environment

Our aim is to provide you with practical advice and evidence-based information to support you in nourishing your child's healthy eating habits from the very beginning.

Feel free to bring your questions, share your experiences, or simply enjoy the company of fellow mums. 

There's no need to worry about being right on time or staying for the entire duration – just come when it works for you. We believe in the power of spontaneous connections and want to make this playgroup as accessible as possible.

Dads, parents-to-be, older children, grandparents and carers are welcome.
