This month we will be discussing introducing family foods to our babies. This is often a much-anticipated milestone which also comes with many questions and concerns for parents and caregivers. How much? how often? and what do I offer my baby? And where does breastfeeding fit into this picture?
We will have a breastfeeding counsellor available to answer any of your questions about breastfeeding and you are welcome to come and go as it suits (we know babies don't follow a schedule and often life doesn't go to plan!)
Our meetings will be relaxed and tailored to the parents who join us
