Join us for an exciting group catch up where we will have the opportunity to speak with local Lactation Consultant, Debbie, about all things breastfeeding.  Topics including how your breastmilk changes as your baby grows and how to manage breastfeeds around the introduction of family foods.

If there are any other particular questions that you have in mind, bring them along with you.  There will be opportunity for general discussion and questions.  

We hold very casual gatherings and welcome everyone, wherever they are in their parenting journey.  Come when you can make it and leave when you need to.  

We normally bring a plate of food to share for morning tea, but it isn't an expectation.  New and old faces are always welcome.
