"Help! I can't stop the top-ups!"

The ‘top-up trap’ or ‘top-up spiral’ is a term which describes the situation many mums find themselves in when they feel they don’t have enough milk. They start with one small top-up feed. But after a while they may find their supply reduces so they end up needing to add more and more top-ups to keep their baby satisfied. 

Come and join us to learn everything you need to feel confident in maintaining your milk supply and avoiding the need for top-ups.

We'll provide coffee, tea and a light morning tea at all Info and Chat catch-ups.
