Everyone is welcome to join us at North Lakes Community Centre Meeting Room 1 (same building as library) from 10am for a chat with a Physio followed by morning tea.

Tea & coffee provided, BYO morning tea or a plate to share if able. Free onsite parking underneath building or on the street & pram friendly.

A chance to connect with other mums & trained breastfeeding counsellors.
