Finding support for yourself and your little one is so important in these early weeks and months. There are so many emotional and physical changes, and it's important to know there is support for you as you care for yourself and your little one, from other parents, friends, health professionals and community members.
Come along to share your experiences and find encouragement along the way. Pregnant mums, new parents, support people, partners, babies, toddlers and older kids welcome. We have toys and a colouring space as well.
We'll be there from 10am -12, you are very welcome to come anytime- we know mornings with little ones often don't go to plan!
