This month we are going to have a 1/2 hour mum & baby fitness class with Bec Smith our local fitness instructor. This is to help give ideas how we can exercise with our baby /toddler at home or consider other ways to stay fit after childbirth. If you are pregnant please also come as there will be suggestions for you too. We will then have a cuppa in room next door & time to answer questions on breastfeeding or parenting.
