Come along, meet other mums and babies in the local area and share your experiences with these mums. Invite a pregnant friend or a friend with a new baby or a toddler to come along with you.

If you can manage to bring a plate of healthy food to share for morning tea that would be great if not just come along.

If you have any questions, we are also happy to discuss them too.

If you are attending, there is plenty of parking at the library.
