Expressing breastmilk isn’t something you necessary have to do but lots of mums find that they do end up expressing for various reasons. Expressing is a learned skill. It can take time for you to work out the most effective way to get breastmilk. Today we will share some information and tips which may help you either now or in the future. We'd love to hear your experiences and tips if you feel like sharing too! 

As always, there will be lots of time to catch up and connect as well. Please join us at our favourite park under the beautiful trees. 

We will meet from 9.45 am (we don't mind if you are late) at Shaftesbury Street Park, Tarragindi, near the playground on the Laura Street side. A drink from the local cafe is included for ABA members. BYO picnic blanket or chair.

Friends, partners, support people and older children all welcome. A qualified breastfeeding counsellor will be available to speak with.
