We'll meet at Orange Ex-Services Club for a discussion on expressing and storing breastmilk, and how to pace feeds when using a bottle with your little one . You might never need to express, you might express exclusively, or you might just be wondering how it all works. You're very welcome to bring any questions you have and share experiences with other parents 

Bring your ID, sign in at the reception of the Ex-Services Club, and the friendly staff will direct you upstairs to our meeting 

Come along to share experiences and find encouragement and support. Pregnant mums, new parents, support people, partners, babies, toddlers and older kids welcome.

We'll be there from 10am -12, come anytime- we know mornings with little ones often don't go to plan
