Breastfeeding, although natural, is also a learned art between a breastfeeding parent and their baby. The more information and support we have, the easier the learning process becomes. Those who receive correct information and support are more likely to breastfeed successfully and feel more confident to respond to their baby’s individual needs. Today we’ll be looking at the early days and some of the concerns that parents have with breastfeeding their new baby.

As usual, there will be Breastfeeding Counsellors present if you have any breastfeeding questions you'd like to discuss and, of course, it's a good opportunity to catch up with other parents in a breastfeeding supportive environment.

Children and babies are always welcome at our meetings and we have a lovely, fully fenced outdoor playground available for them to play in.

Also, don't worry if you are running late. We know how hard it can be to get out of the house with a baby and you are welcome to join us at any time during the meeting.
