We meet on the first Monday of the month at the Prospect library.

Our group is for everyone, whether you are pregnant, a new parent, weaned or an experienced mother with many children.

Catch ups are located in the children's section of the library towards the back of the building. There is lots to keep toddlers occupied too.

We avoid giving advice - just support, information and reassurance - as we recognise that every family is different and there is no right or wrong way. A qualified counsellor is there to answer any breastfeeding questions or concerns.

There is no need to RSVP, just turn up, even if you are running late! Look forward to seeing you there.
