Many mothers worry about their little one trying family foods and starting solids. 
Come along for our Info & Chat and we'll cover things like:
*World Health Organization recommendations and Infant Feeding Guidelines 
*where to start
*which foods first
*how much your little one should have
*allergies
*safety. 

All are welcome at our meet-ups. They are free to attend and are a confidential, non-judgmental space for mothers and families. Partners, support people, toddlers and older children are welcome to attend.
