Come along meet other mums and babies in the local area and share your experiences with these mums. Invite a pregnant friend or a friend with a new baby or a toddler to come along with you.

Bring along your baby carrier, wrap or sling and tell us want you like about it or learn how to use it. 

If you can manage to bring a plate of healthy food to share for morning tea that would be great if not just come along.
