Amanda Connell, Clinical Psychologist
Amanda Connell is a clinical psychologist who’s passionate about making complex science feel human and usable. In this session, she’ll explore the three flows of compassion - how we give it to others, receive it from others, and direct it toward ourselves - and how understanding these flows can support a more grounded, emotionally sustainable experience of parenthood.
Nicole Bando, Paediatric & Family Dietitian, Lactation Consultant
Nicole is a paediatric & family dietitian and lactation consultant who aims to give parents the tools, knowledge, and confidence to feed their growing families. As a mother, she understands the joys and challenges involved. Nicole will help you to nourish yourself as a new mum, with tips, recipes, and common questions answered about nutrition for breastfeeding.
Nicola Kett, Hatha & Vinyasa Yoga Teacher
Nicola is a qualified Hatha & Vinyasa Yoga Teacher who's passionate about helping others to relax and unwind. Nicola will guide you through simple physical relaxation techniques you can use throughout your motherhood journey to feel more calm and centred. These techniques will involve gentle movement, breathwork and meditation.
