Come to the Cafe, it has a red exterior. A Breastfeeding Counsellor will be at the main large table inside the Cafe. A sign will also be on the table so that you know who we are. 

Come along for a chat and cuppa and slice. 

An ABA Volunteer maybe wearing an ABA badge and ABA black t-shirt.

All new parents & experienced parents, members and non-members are welcome to come along for breastfeeding/feeding/parent support from our ABA counsellors and like-minded mums and parents who are here to support you. 

We are an extremely friendly and supportive group of mums who love to catch up weekly for cups of tea/coffee. All new mums and mums second time around, etc. are welcome. We talk about breastfeeding, bottle feeding, line feeding, mixed feeding, sleeping, parenting, or just whatever we feel like. 

All mums are invited regardless of how they feed their babies (breastfed, bottle fed, mix feeding, formula feeding, weaned). 

Toddlers and older children are also very welcome! There is a play equipment area in the main part of the hotel (restaurant area) that we can move to so that you can be with your toddler while we chat. Bring your support person or friend along too if you need. We look forward to seeing you! 

It's OK not be on time, we know it can be challenging leaving home with little ones. We'll be there until 11.45am.
