Join us for a cuppa and chat in Ulverstone. Whether you are an expectant, or a new or experienced mother or parent you are welcome to join us to connect with other local families, or perhaps you have a particular breastfeeding or parenting challenge - whatever the reason, you are welcome.

We support all families. Mums who are mixed-feeding, bottle feeding, exclusively expressing or not breastfeeding are always welcome. Our chats are informal and there is often access to a breastfeeding counsellor or educator who can assist you with any breastfeeding questions or concerns you may be having.

We are catching up at the Aboriginal Health Service, 34 Alexandra Rd, Ulverstone.

Find us in the training room out the back - a lovely, warm, pram friendly comfy space. Feel free to bring a plate to share, tea and coffee are provided.

A small plate of morning tea to share is always appreciated if you have the chance, but if not be sure to join us anyway as there is always enough.
