Having a baby (first time or another) brings changes we don't always expect.  Our First Thursday morning of the month - 3rd August will be exploring some of these changes - physical and hormonal, changes in family relationships.  What about exercise and diet?  Lots to talk about, and plenty of time to ask specific breastfeeding questions or talk to Pixie or Lauren about a breastfeeding concern.   Portland  Library Meeting Room, 10.30am - 12.00pm.  Everyone welcome,babies, toddlers, pre-schoolers, friends - pregnant or otherwise.
